Ok....da xingt ni episod brape punye countdown.

Tapi this time bukan nk citer pasal countdown semata, nk cite aku da bli sun protection.

SPF 130 lagi aku beli..
Lagi overrr kn. Tu pon sbb aku tgk ni je SPF paling besar. Yg len de r 30, 50 *xlayan*
Sbb aku baca cuaca nnt sgt panas n kalo da beraktiviti tu for sure la the whole sunny day tu muka mmg terpampang kena sunray kn
Skang ni aku nk men kira2 plak. Nk uji sikit otak tu boleh terima lg x nk congak2 Math hehe
Ok.. Cane nk taw efektif nye sun block tu depending on the no of SPF itself?
1. Tgk jenis kulit muka kita
Fair skin - 10 minutes
Olive skin - 15 minutes
Dark skin - 20 minutes
Kita assume kulit kite yg average tu la e.. olive skin...So mnunjuk kan yg kulit kite boleh stand 15 minutes under the sunlight before get burned. Ni dinamakan 'Sun Safety Time'
2. Tgk plak SPF yg de kt product tu. Macam aku punye ialah SPF 130
3. Then multiply la 'Sun Safety Time' dgn SPF tu
So kalo aku punye jadik la 15 min x 130 = 1950 min (32.5 hours) of sun protection.
Hambek ko!!!! smapi ke mlm x itam2 hehe Ni da bukan sun protection lagik, moon n star protection skali la hehe
