Karl Muhammad Khaizan plak sbb de ramai sepupu die, die xkesah r aku ade ke tidak hehe

So same like previously, aku mengundi kt channel 5. Sbb pembahagian ikot umor kn so utk umor2 muda mcm aku mmg channel ni la haha ramai gk time tu beratur nk tnggu turm mengundi tu agk lame la. Pastu ngam2 time turn aku nk masuk bilik mengundi tu, kol10 so petugas tukar shift. 10 minit gk nk tnggu diorg shifting job tu kn hehe

Mcm biasa la, jari kena calit dgn ink tp this time ink die colour x sama dgn yg previous. This time ink die itam n pekat. Pastu die celup sume tgn dlm tu hehe So da settle aku cecepat r nk jln balek panas2 terik tu kn. Kuar pagar sekolah de kawan lame panggil aku. Ehh die ni mmg aktif berparti hehe Ingat kn boleh jmp ramai kawan lame, ternyata tidak. Xsama time kn hehe

Kawan aku ni name die Dayah. Aku start kenal die dari umor 5 tahun time sekolah tadika KEMAS. Kecik je taw org nye hehe

Cecepat balek tgk si kecik tu da bgn. Ehhh budak Karl tu bijak taw. Aku tnjuk jari aku de ink tu, die g amek selimut die pastu die ckp 'wap wap' die suruh lap sbb kotor kn hehe

 So dgn debo nye mlm tu tunggu results. Ehh tp kali ni something fishy taw snn up until 11 pm pon xde sull results lg. Aku smpai da tertidur pastu bgn lg n tahan tnggu smpai nk dpt announcement dr new government haha

 Until 3 am so officially annouced that Pakatan Harapan (pembangkang previously) menang beso koooooo. Ko xrase aku gembire? off course r aku gembire sbb PH da jnji kalo depa menang this election dpr public holiday 2 hari (which was Thursday n Friday) So aku gigih tnggu Tun M announced the public holiday haha Tapi guess what until 4 am plus pon aku stil xdpt tdo sbb happy sgt n mcm x caye haha but i still wonder company aku x announced cuti ke ni.

So kol 7 aku gigih gk bgn n mndi n siap make up tnggu lg admin update. Last2 x gembire plak aku after the company announced that they will grant the 2 days public holiday haha So aku yg da cantek make up ni cane? So aku decide nk jln g umh baby sitter ckp arini xantar budak2. Sempat gk r aku sembang dgn jiran2 yg kipas susah mati BN tu hehe

U know what, aku rase ari tu ari yg paling bahagia dlm idup aku walaupon mate kelat2 sbb xcukuop tdo tapi gagah bgn kumpul dgn family depan tv smbil tgk result n makan cekodok. Seronok kooo. After all this time xpernah tuka kerajaan, so i guess today was different.

So to all Malaysian, just accept what the result brought us. Walaupon ko sblom ni penyokong BN, tp sbb PH yg menang, so sokong r pemimpin baru kite ni. Sbb setiap pemimpin ade agenda die utk maju kn rakyat n negara die so kite sbg rakyat marhain ni jgn nk provoke sgt, kite kne support depa.

So kepada Tun M, eventhough this time was not the 1st time i sokong pembangkang, but ths PRU 14 i sebulat suara sokong pembangkang sbb ade nye Tun M. Because i know how intelligent n how capable Tun M to bring up our economy back to the right track.

Resepi Sagu Gula Melaka with Susu Cair

Mcm bese r kan,tajok resepi ikot sukati aku r nk letak pe hehe

Dlm bulan2 ramadhan ni aku rase ni antara resepu br yg tgh viral. Tp sorry to say aku bukan yg acah2 hipster ikot sht trend viral, aku da wat resepu ni way way before bnd ni viral. Time aku keje kt tmn daya dulu pnh try mkn dessert ni kt food court maslee setia indah. Pastu aku terus gigih menerai hehe

Resepi die mudah je. Mudah tp hasil nye hebat hehe

Resepi Sagu:

1 cawan sagu

3 cawan air

Daun pandan

2 sudu gula

Sikit garam

Pewarna merah ros

Cara buatan:

Rendam sagu dulu bg kembang sket. Pastu tapis n masak dgn air yg didih dgn daun pandan gula n garam. Masak smpai dagu jernih pastu boh la pewarna ros. Ikot sukati r nk letak ke x. Nk letak pewarna ijau ke pape ke sukati laaa

Tadaaaaa da jd merah hehe

2 cawan air

Daun pandan

Cara buatan:

Lg pon zat die x bape kaya raya sgt. Since Karl tike tu de elergik die de suruh aku survey susu len utk alternatif. See!!! aku bukan org yg x boleh kena tegur taw. kalo kena cara n utk kebaikan aku ok jeeeee hehe

Ehhh kalo die da kenyang mmg r die xnk minum. Selama da 9 bulan ni elok je die minum n menggemok kan diri minum pakai botol n puting tu. Aku sentap abes org condemn cmtu. Die ni xtaw kot baby pon de taste masing2 huhu

Yang paling baru ni g kenduri belah sedare mare. Aku mmg stress kalo berkumpul dgn family ni sbb ko jaga2 r cik semah. Mst de kejadian x best sbb sedare mare yg belah ni (belah mane aku xmoh sebut la) mmg suke mencondemn. Mulut diorg laser gile kooooo. Rase mcm nk lempang je satu2 tu huhu

Pastu Karl ni punya habit suke kecap2 mulut pastu lg2 sejak2 da ada gigi ni die mmg suke men laga2 gigi. Tu bukan tanda die lapo or mntak makan, tapi mmg habit die. Aku ni mommy die mmg taw sgt da. Bile diorg nmpk Karl wat cmtu x abes2 diorg ckp Karl lapo nk makan. Pastu sbok ckp xbawak ke makanan die ke biskut die ke. Len kali bawak laaaa. Siap mntk kn biskut baby cucu tuan umah lg. Ehhhhhh aku ni da mcm senyap je, Sbb aku taw ank aku mmg bukan jenis pemakan org nye. Lg2 kalo bagi biskut mmg wat leceh je. Masuk mulut xseberape tapi kecah nye lebih. Mulut comot baju comot. Mcm Melepaskan Batu Besar Dari Bahu

Sejak aku tuka company baru ni,blog mmg x updated. Sbb bz die mengalah kan pak menteri. Sgt2 bz. Bukan bz je stress n pressure yg sgt kuat. Memule keje tu aku boleh r tahan lg ngn working environment kt sini tp after a few weeks aku rase mcm da wat keputusan yg sgt salah.

One of the biggest mistakes yg pernah aku wat in my entire life. Rase mcm nyesal pon de. Aku jd kelabu mate ngn offer yg besar. Lumrah manusia kn. lpas tu br tersedar yg ni sume takdir Allah. Die nk aku belajar something from what has happened. Jgn tamak n belajar lah bersyukur. Dgr nasihat kawan2. 

Aku join Sxxxxxxx yg konon nye cmpany besar tu on the 24th March 2016. Then on the 18th May 2016, aku dgn nekad nye notice my resignation. Without any offer. Tu pon after 2 weeks Mr Reza suruh aku resign. Die kate rezeki Allah tu luas. Insyaallah nnt ada rezeki len. So aku mmg nekad.

Sbb apa aku nekad? Sbb da mcm2 yg aku lalui yg aku tgk kt cni. Sgt kejam. Aku xpernah keje ngn company kejam cmni. Masa mula2 tu aku ingat aku je yg menjeng manja bagai terasa tersentap. Tp a few of my friends pon mengadu benda yg sama. Maksud nye we have the same feeling on this cmpany. Bak kata one of my colleague, there are 2 factors, workers n top management. Tp kt cni obviously is the top management yg problem huhu

Most of us here mmg baru. So not much things yg kite taw. Logically kalo xtaw kena r ty. Especially refer to the top bosses when it comes to decisions making. Tp sbnrnye ty tu adalah 1 kesalahan taw. Bosses akn pandang mcm 'ehhh tu pon ko xtaw' tp lame2 aku perasan yg bosses ni pon sbnrny xtaw tp xnk mengaku xtaw huhu

Bosses kt cni suke marah2 n maki2 staff. Lngsung xboleh ckp baik2 gk nye. Habit diorg ni pnggl ramai2 pastu jd witness marah kt sorang tu. Seriously not a good attitude. Even 1st day aku kt cni da witness production manager kena bambu. Time tu aku rase mcm 'wtf shian kot manager tu' n manager tu pon da benti. Aku pon sll gk kena bantai dpn2 staff len. Sbnrnye sape2 yg under technical team ni mmg sll r kena marah kena maki huhu kalo stkt dept hr,admin,finance n purchasing tu selamat lg r sbb ni bukan technical dept huhu

Yg paling melampau n aku xboleh lupe sbb aku terpakse amek EL 2 ari sbb karl demam panas da 5 ari. Aku nekad bawak g blood test. Cite ni aku pending lg nk update. Then after nek keje tu 'that boss' ty aku pasal karl. Aku jwb acuh x acuh je sbb aku taw die bising pasal aku ct tu. Time tu die tgh discussion ngn sorang engineer pastu die boleh ckp 'this is the problem when hiring married employee' wahhhhh riak nye statement ko tu kn. siap smbung ayt ty kt engineer tu 'are u married?' Bile engineer tu kate 'not yet' die kate 'good' kejam sgt. Mcm die x de ank plak huhu

So aku rase this is not a good place for working. Not even 2 months aku keje cni da 5 org resign dr plant yg sama. Tu x masuk plant len n office len huhu 3 engineer, sorang manager n sorang supervisor. X ke tu nmpk problem nye dtg dr top management huhu

Not even that,one of my colleague which is also a manager ty aku 'ida ada keje kosong x' aku tkejut sbb nmpk mcm die org yg tough. Then die kate die pon da xboleh carry lg huhu Then have a quick chat dgn die, company ni die pndai nk attract employee, die offer good salary (high salary I can say) lpas tu dgn high salary tu mcm2 keje ko kena wat. Sume benda beban kn kt sorang huhu Yesss that is really what happened to myself huhu

Smlm after nekad tender my resignation, 'that boss' panggil aku. As i expected. Then bila die ty nape, pnjng r aku menjawab 'im not suitable with this environment, this place is too pressure n rushing, i hv no support since im the only one in the dept, husband not allowed to work here, son not feeling well' puas ati aku. Sll 'that boss' yg mmg suka maki2 staff tu, muke mmg xpernah manis, tetibe smlm ckp ngn aku muke manis gula2 kapas taw. Aku taw mst de niat len. Rupe nye nk merayu aku stay until at least July. Sbb aku notice sebulan so will be ended June. Siap ckp near to house, since aku xdpt job lg r. Wahhhh time org da nk blah br taw nk hargai ye. Aku taw diorg da x cukup org even production pon running very chaotic skang. N project will be handed over around september. So part aku is order material based on drawings. Kalo aku xde mmg xde sape lg yg boleh wat since aku 1 woman standing dlm dept ni konon nye. 

Aku just ckp 'let me discuss 1st then let u know later' dlm ati mmg da taw Mr Reza mmg xbg pon hehe

After da notice ni,aku rase sgt2 lega. Xde lg mimpi2 pasal keje. Kalo x aku tdo pon mimpi keje. Siap mengigau2. Tp smlm aku tenang. Balek kol5 (sll xboleh balek kol5 sbb boss sound2) mlm tdo xde rase 'malas nye nk g keje' bgn pg pon xde r rase nk nanges sgt sbb terpakse g keje huhu

Alhamdulillah Allah bg aku kekuatan utk wat keputusan ni. Insyaallah aku berdoa akn ada rezeki aku nnr. Utk family n anak2. Aminnnn

Aku pon rase mcm da agk lame aku x minum 3 in 1. The only 3 in 1 yg aku minum off course Milo. Tp Milo pon de r 5 bulan da x minum so none of any 3 in 1 yg aku amek skang. Horayyy horayyy changing for good.

Nescafe mmg a big no-no sbb aku sht elergik ngn nescafe. Hangin x hengat. Bau die pon da wat loya huhu

Kengkadang kite kne elak utk jd trendy or hipster sgt. Like before,aku suke sgt bli air big cup. Coffee,capuchino,chocolate. Pantang de booth big cup baru, Pirate Coffee, Anniss Coffee, 21 & Co mst nk try. Hipster sgt r konon. Tp lame2 pikir. Not gud not gud. Byk sgt sugar. Tajok program masak2 arini mmg telus. Sbb nye puding ni mmg sedap makan time sejuk je. Time da xsejuk rase kurang seronok hehe

Time CNY yg aku ct lama tu byk r list nk wat itu ini konon nye. So this is one of the list. Sbb cuaca tgh panas2 sedap mln sejuk2. Memule ingt nk wat perise pandan yg ijau tu je tp tetibe nmpk de gula merah berketul2 so aku pon tuko sket resepi. Byk2 resepi aku pilih resepi yg ni sbb senang nk sukat haha
