Siput Sinting

Da byk kali sbnr nye aku dgr mmber2 aku yg dok area2 laot ni dok cite pasal siput sinting *xtaw sebenar nye eja die cane* so at last aku dpt gk rasa siput sinting tu. Tu pon dapat sikit je sbb blom musim lagi. Rupe nye siput ni de musim die gk. Org kampung tu jual 100 keping RM5.00. Bapak murah kooooo. Tapi jenuh la penjual tu nk kira sekeping2 kan hehe

Mula2 tu aku mmg xdapat nk bayang kn rupe die. Diorang describe bnde tu de 2 kulit yg leper. Da aku mmbayang kn kulit die petak. Salah plak!!! haha

So kate mak kawan aku, nk masak die senang je. Masuk dalam pengukus susun dia dlm keadaan berdiri. Kukus x lama la agk2 da mnganga kulit die tu da masak la kan. Ala...mcm masak kerang jugak la kan. Pastu buat cicah die. Aku wat cicah air asam cmpur2 jadi 1 Malaysia haha

Sekali rasa kooooo....terbaek. Cangkerang die mmg BESAR n leper je. Tapi isi die mak aih..haluih nooooo..tapi bagus gk halus gitu kalo besar sgt mungkin muak la sbb seafood kan. Mmg sedap la..ala2 kenyal2 gituuu. Pastu bila cicah ngn air asam meleleh aku tu mmg meletops la *sbb pedas* haha

De org mkn sinting tu gitu je, xde cicah pon. Tapi aku lg suka cicah kot. Xde la boring sgt rasa die *boleh gitu*

Tapi die de bau sikit la. Macam bau laot ke bau lumpur. Tapi xde la kuat sgt bau die. Da die tu hidupan laot kan, x kan bau Jusco plak kn. Tapi bila cicah air asam, lebur dalam mulut, mmg lupa semua bau tu hehe Sbb tu la diciptakan seorang insan eh air asam tu. Boleh ilang kan bau2 hanyir.

So aku share sikit resepi air asam meleleh aku tu ek..

1. Bawang besar potong2 manja
2. Cili padi potong2 ganas
3. Bawang puteh sikit je tumbuk *rase nye kalo x letak pon ok sbb xsuke bau die tu*
4. Cili merah tumbuk halus *nk kasi merah sikit kuah tu*
5. Air asam jawa
6. Tomato dipotong comel utk halus kan kulit eh utk perhiasan n bg masam2 sket
7. Belacan yg dibakar *sikit je*
8. Gula ikot sukati ko la Jemah bape byk pon

Quantity n sukatan tu ikot sukati Jemah2 sekalian. Sbb aku pon ikot sukati Jemah aku haha

Mak kate kalo wat cicah smbal kicap perah limau pon sedap gk *drool*

Air asam meleleh jemah ni haha

Tgk la rupa die sekeping2 tu. xsangka dalam nye de hidupan hehe


Nmpak x isi die haluih tuuuuuu


Berebut2 tgn si aisya ni nk masuk gambo haha



Nota Kaki : now siput sinting be one of my favourite eat-thing hehe

Hi chicky...i m a singaporean...wud like very much to try d siput sinting but hardlytp get it here...sp wud appreciate if u can tell me where n hpw tp get it or to buy it...partly for medication purposes...thank u.....

hye Mamu Rei.. i get that siput from a frind of mine staying area penerok, kukup. at sea area. but i think currently is not siput sinting's season. because this siput only available on its season only
