Last 2 weeks aku order lagi buku ngn BookXcess. Cer korang try tgk buku2 die mmg murah gila. Bese nye kalo english novel kn mahal2, tapi kt BookXcess ni buku die mmg murah. Da murah tu mmg aku pilih yg paling murah la hehe
Sebenar nye da kali kedua kot aku order buku ngn BookXcess ni. This time aku beli 2 buku, Breakfast At Darcy's ngn Welcome to Rosie Hopkins' Sweet Shop of Dreams. Hambek ko both buku pon mcm ala2 santai di cafe je hehe xpe la, jnji ko de bnde nk dibace, xde bosan keras kaku je kt umah time xde bnde nk wat kan.
Masa firsy dulu aku beli 2 buku gk, Queen of Babble Gets Hitched n Best Friends Forever. Both pon best. Tnggu buku abes baca dulu baru aku order buku laen, so xde la rase mcm teruja sgt nk baca smpai tuka2 baca buku. Last2 dua2 pon xabes baca kan hehe
Tapi sepanjang 2 kali order buku ngn BookXcess ni, problem yg sama gk berulang. Masalah time posting parcel. Bukan maen lame die nk anta buku tu. Postage fee RM 10.50 tapi service lambat gile. Rupe nye sbb di gune Kangaroo Courier. Tu la byk2 binatang ada, kangaroo gk yg die pilih. Cube la pilih lion ke xpon pilih rabbit alang2 da lmbat sgt tu.
1st beli tu aku rilex je lagi. Yg 2nd tu mmg aku kejar btol2. Aku kol Kangaroo tu sndiri. Aku email BookXcess mmg xtaw bape kali. Aku push gk. Bukan nye aku fussy sgt aku nk diorang tahu kelemahan service diorang ni pd courier service nye. So next time boleh la die improve service tu kan.
Tpi respect kt org yg reply email dr BookXcess tu, sabar n try as hard nk solve complaint customer. Mm nmpak effort die nk solve tu sbb next day terus Kangaroo call nk hantar parcel. Haaaa kan boleh cepat sikit tu, Kangaroo ni nk kena kejar2 baru nk lompat laju2 kot haha
So after this aku harap BookXcess boleh improve lagi srvice courier die. Xkisah pon postage fee mahal tu, tapi service kena cergas la. Tapi after aku da komplen tu baru die ckp yg die gtaw yg die de gune poslaju gk. hehhhh xckap awal2 kalo tidak mmg aku choose Poslaju je. Poslaju mmg cergas n pantas selari ngn nama nye hehe
