Ari rabu aritu bgn2 tdo aku mcm pening kepale + saket tekak + badan panas. Owhhh nooooo aku nk demam ni. Cannot cannot. Da di hujung2 nk bersalin ni mane boleh demam. Tp disebabkan de urgent thing nk kne wat so aku decide nk kne masuk offce dulu. Then baru aku boleh pikir nk g klinik.

At the same time adek aku, Ella kne warded sbb da nk bersalin. Die warded kt Columbia Asia. Dekat je ngn offce aku. So aku da berkira2 kalo de masa ingt nk singgah hehe aku kn mmg kepoh. Due date die mmg beza dlm 5 ari ngn aku hehe

So after da settle keje aku dlm kol11 cmtu aku g Klinik Mediveron yg mencabar. Nape aku kate mencabar sbb parking die mmg oh mak koooo payah nye. Tp seb bek rules kt situ boleh double park,so xde r rase bersalah sgt nk  double park hehe ehhhh ramai plak org kt klinik arini. Bersabo sgt aku nunggu huhu

Untung dpt mc. Bukan suke2 nk mc pon tp aku mmg da tahap x larat da time2 ni huhu cmpur ngn demam n sarat ni rase mcm double x larat nye tu huhu

So before balek umh si kepoh ni singgah jap kt hospital tgk adek aku.  Wehhh adek aku yg nk bersalin aku yg nanges beriye2 taw haha aku mmg cmtu bjiwe sensitip sgt hehe smpai aku rase x boleh lame kt situ. Adek aku start masuk ward kol8 pg cmtu n doc expect die deliver kol2. So dlm kol1 cmtu aku pon balek ke umh nk tdo hehe

Before tdo makan ubat dulu. This time dpt ubt preggy-mommy friendly hehe ubat batuk cair,ubat demam,ubt saket tekak n gula2 saket tekak. Then baru la zzzzzz

Ptg da kne bgn sbb Mr Reza balek keje. Harus lah aku menyambut die balek keje kn pastu die ajk balek pontian plak g amek mknn n pasir meow hehe

Setakat da kol5 time tu adek aku x deliver lg huhu contraction cepat tp bukaan xbyk progress huhu

Malam tu plak after balek umh aku mkn ubt n terus ngntuk. Time tdo r mimpi mcm2. Mmpi adek aku yg tgh berjuang tu. pastu terjaga kol10 lebih tu Mr Reza gtaw Ella da deliver baby girl dlm kol 10.40. Alhamdulillah baru la tenang n selamat rase nk tdo. Terus smbung tdo hehe

Yeeee Aku Belom Bersalin Lagi

Hehe smlm beriye post da de contraction pastu de bloody show. After kol5 tu contraction da kurang aku pon tdo. Bgn2 contraction pon xde. Magiccccc haha

Da siap2 nk g klinik tu,try r call klinik dulu ty. Pastu aku cite r semua nye. Then nurse klinik tu kate tnggu lg if contraction tu consistent or de kua air ketuban then terus rush ke klinik hehe

Die kate kalo contraction ilang tu meaning that tu bukan contraction nk bersalin. Ok fine!!! Haha

So da Mr Reza pon xg keje,dpt gk g jln2. Wat exercise sket hehe

Bloody Show n Sakit Contraction

Sbnr bye 1st bloody show yg aku perasan masa pg jumaat 28.08.2015. Aku kn mmg kerap ke toilet lately. So 1st visit tu time nk flush mcm perasan de bnd coklat2 berenang2 dlm toilet bowl. I was like 'what is that' sbb aku xpnh plak kalo kencing kua bnd pen selain kncing n toilet kt mall tu mmg bersih sbb br lpas basuh. Tp aku abaikan dulu

2nd visit ke toilet bfore lunch hour de lg bnd coklat tu. tp aku xdpt nk tgk kt panty sbb kebetulan plak pkai panty kalet itam so mmg pape stain pon xnmpk hehe aku tpikir nk ty officemate aku sbb die py petande pon bloody show gk. so balek office aku ty terus kecoh kt dept tu haha mng masing2 mak jemah kn. tp aku rilex je sbb aku xde rase saket ape pon. Lunch hour tu siap g jusco lg. exercise konon nye hehe

Setiap kali kncing mmg de coklat2 tu kua tp xbyk. Malam plak da mnd tuka panty kaler light xde plak cecair tu so aku pon lega. Mr Reza kate balek xyah masak makan kt lua je. Aku pon horay horay r terus kemas bag nk bawak g hospital n brg2 nk bawak balek kg. aku ni mcm de instinct bersalin awal je ni hehe

Kalo ikot kn aku da nk masuk 39 weeks pregnancy. Wahhhh da lebih 9 bulan kite bersame e baby hehe

Perut makin beso tp dagu menten runcing hahaha

Smlm 27.08.2015 de CTG & VE test lg utk kali ke 3. This time pon xde rase sgt tanda2 yg ketare. Tande2 biasa je kot hehe

So after check up tu doc kate next week boleh bersalin da huhu tu pon lepas die korek abes nk rase kedudukan baby. Saket? Mcm bese x pon. Aku pon pelik. Rezeki aku kot x rase saket kne seluk hehe

So wat appointment kt kaunter. Nurse kate 3hb masuk ward kol7 pg. die bg list brg nk bawak. Kne asing bag brg baby n brg ibu sbb baby nnt kt nursery. Ok kne sort out brg semule hehe

Bag hospital ni da standby dr start 7 bulan pregnant lg hehe

Before masuk ward kne breakfast dulu pg2 morning tu supaya x terliur time pntng nnt haha x de r supaya de tenage nk bertarung nnt.

Then nurse tulis kt kad tu normal with epidural. I was like 'what????!!' Then ty nurse sy amek epidural ke? Pastu nurse konfem kn ngn doc. Die kate kalo x amek epidural nnt awak menjerit hehe alamakkkk xprepare mental n fizikal pon nk kne inject epidural ni huhu sbb konfiden sgt dpt bersalin normal without epidural kn hehe

Kalo ikot tande2 yg aku da rase as in below. Tp light2 je tande nye ni hehe

1. Perut da semakin turun. Kepale baby ni mmg da pusing lame tp die x engage lg huhu lately perut rase ringan sket sbb da ke bawah kot. Br r bertenage nk berjalan hehe

2. Celah kelangkang makin saket especially time baring. Nk kalih position tu oh mak koooo saket nye smpai kne berpaut kt Mr Reza huhu

3. Perut da rase geli2 kt kawasan ari2. Maybe sbb baby da ke bawah kn so die pon gerak kt area bawah hehe

4. Kerap berak.tahik tu xlembik x keras.just nice je hahaha lately ni sehari kdg2 smpai 3-4 kali berry pastu hasil nye sikit2 je hehe

5. Kerap kencing. Sangat kerap kot. Kalo kt offce tu da r sgt mencabar nk g toilet,tp no choice. Tpakse gk g. Smpai ramai officemate tegur 'ko ni byk bjalan g toilet,mst senang bersalin' aminnnnnn hehe kalo time tdo pon gitu rancak bgn je nk g toilet. Seb bek gk toilet dlm bilik kn. tp da dpt position yg selesa tu time nk bgn tu mcm ohhhh mak ko sgt hehe

As a 1st time mommy ni kn,off course r aku xde experience dlm bab2 bersalin ni n I cant even imagine the pain n the situations at that time. So bile da xde experience ni start r mommy2 yg da mmg mommy tu masing2 xnk kalah nk share pengalaman yg pelik2 tu huhu

Kdg2 aku mmg malas nk dgr taw,bukan sbb sombong or berlagak tp aku xnk give negative thinking at my mental preparation. Off course r takot kn nk bersalin ni tp i really need a positive supports from peoples around me. 

So far family mmg ok je tp de certain officemate n kawan2 yg share cite2 yg ngeri tu mmg aku jd ngeri terus huhu

Tp td as i walked back from the lads,aku jumpa sorang chinese friend from the other project. Die super excited tgk perut aku gile beso mcm bola. Tp die kate time die preggy 2nd kid perut die lg beso even cant see her feets hehe

Then whenever she asked me about my feeling,aku just kate nervous hehe then die kate 'do not hear what people told u about their bad experiences. I knew some people might frighten u with their old stories,but u hv to enjoy the moments. U hv to be excited that the baby will come out eventually'

Arini pregnancy da 37 weeks 5 days tp kalo ikot ayat doc da 38 weeks. So start last week lg mmg appointment ngn doc every week sbb doc nk monitor condition baby n laluan beranak kalo da de.

Last week da wat 1st ctg n ve. So ni kire 2nd time. Bile da 2nd time ni mental n physical da well prepared compared to last week hehe last week mcm takot sesangat pastu g klinik pkai maternity pant. Aah tips kalo nk g wat ctg n ve pkai kaen lg senang sbb doc nk seluk kn. pastu panty kne bukak siap2 hehe

So this week aku pkai skirt je senang walaupon aku xsuke sgt pkai skirt time2 preggy ni sbb nmpk aku mcm kembang sebesen sgt *tp bukan mmg da kembang  ke* hehe

Kembang sgt kn. tu yg doc seboleh2 nk aku bersalin awal sbb kalo ikot kiraan die 40 weeks nnt baby boleh cecah 3.5kg n die pon xnk r kalo aku kne ceaser kn hehe

Mcm bese wat ctg dulu dlm 10 min camtu. Then time nk seluk tu da 2nd time pon stil neves hehe ehhhh tp kali ni doc seluk lebih dlm taw smpai ke tulang tmpt bukaan tu. sambil die seluk smbil tgn sebelah lg tolak2 baby huhu tp seb bek x saket jahhhhh mommy mst kuat!!! Hehe

Da sejak2 nk masuk fasa nk deliver ni,makin rajen plak aku wat dessert taw. Sbb aku tgk de stok bahan2, so xperlu g beli lg. just harap kn kerajinan je nk wat. Arini pg2 lg ehhhh boleh plak rajen sgt nk wat puding jagung. Resepi mmg da save awal2. Senang n sekejap je sbnr nye nk membuat nye tu hehe

So mcm bese bahan2 n cara2 i copy paste je hehe

Actually byk resepi puding jagung taw. Tp i choose this one as this is the easiest n paling best sbb jagung tu diblend. Aku x suke sgt yg berketul2 mcm xfeel nk makan gitew hehe
